Introduction
AI NCC(Sea) is a vibrant uniform group which has many diverse land and sea based activities and it provides cadets with a lot of opportunities for character, leadership and physical development.
Activities
From weekly trainings, cadets learn basic army and navy knowledge and skills, train to be physically fit and experience fun and adventure through kayaking sessions and also land-based games.
From holiday school-based camps, cadets spend more time together to learn to work in teams, build deeper friendship and camaraderie as a unit, and practice organizational and leadership skills through working in a camp committee.
From HQ organized program and courses , cadets get the opportunity to familiarize themselves with some Army units through visiting units, overseas trips, exchange program and Army organized overseas exercises.
Through these activities, AI NCC(Sea) constantly imbibes its cadets with the 7 NCC core values of: Loyalty to Country, Uprightness, Adventurous spirit, Leadership, Discipline, Care for fellow cadets, Commitment and Responsibility.
Every cadet also learns to be Committed, Aspiring, Disciplined, Encouraging, Trustworthy and he or she will be "Always on course, Inspired to soar".

Achievements
It has done AI proud these years by attaining:
• Best Unit Competition Silver Awards for the past 3 years and therefore has helped the school with some other uniform groups to attain the Sustained School Achievement (Uniform Group).
• Top 10 school unit in Annual Sea Competition for the past 5 years. (2nd in year 2004)
• Good results in Annual Orienteering Competition and Annual Rifle Shooting Competition. |
