Introduction
The Girl Guides of Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School is a closely-united group of girls who live by the Guides motto ‘Be Prepared’. As a unique Core-curricular Activity for girls in the school, it offers a variety of activities which build personal strengths, confidence and competence, giving members the opportunity to work in the community for positive community development. Through Guiding, it sets out to help the Guide:
- Achieve her full individual potential
- Relate to others with increasing understanding, skill and respect
- Develop the right values to guide her actions
- Provide a sound foundation for decision-making and contribute to the improvement of society
